Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Effective date: 15 July 2026
This policy applies to Webkox service purchases. Webkox primarily supplies services and digital deliverables, not returnable physical goods.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Services supplied to eligible consumers must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including being delivered with due care and skill and being fit for an agreed purpose. The remedy available depends on the circumstances and whether a failure is major or can be remedied.
Change of mind
Unless a quote expressly provides otherwise, we do not offer refunds merely because a customer changes their mind after work has started, capacity has been reserved, a licence has been provisioned or a billing period has begun.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancellation requests may be sent to admin@webkox.com. Unless a signed order states a minimum term or notice period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access and service continue until then. Partial-month refunds are not ordinarily provided, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
One-time projects
Deposits cover discovery, scheduling and initial work and are generally non-refundable once that work begins, subject to applicable law. If a customer cancels, Webkox will provide a statement of work completed and third-party commitments. Amounts due for completed work and non-cancellable costs remain payable; any unearned balance will be returned.
Service problems
Please notify us promptly with the order, service, dates and a description of the issue. Where appropriate, we will investigate and first seek to rectify a remediable problem within a reasonable time. If a service has a major failure or cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, the customer may be entitled to cancel, receive a refund for the unused portion or reduced value, and obtain other remedies available under law.
Third-party charges
Domain, licence, advertising, cloud consumption, payment processing and other third-party charges are refundable only to the extent the third-party provider refunds or credits them, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Bank and payment-network processing times may apply. Contact admin@webkox.com or +61 416 497 487.
